1. PR & PO Management
- Submit and archive PR/PO for marketing-related activities
- Upload supporting documents into systems (e.g. Ariba)
- Maintain documentation compliance
- Estimated workload: 8 hours/week
2. Payment & Reimbursement Processing
- Prepare and submit payment requests
- Maintain reimbursement documentation packages
- Ensure completeness and audit readiness
- Estimated workload: 8 hours/week
3. Showroom Operation Support (Room 2901)
- Support daily operation and basic maintenance coordination
- Track showroom-related expenses
- Coordinate cleaning equipment upkeep and basic logistics
4. Sample Management Support
Handle product sample application and tracking
Maintain sample inventory visibility
Support new product launch readiness
Estimated workload (3 & 4 combined): 8 hours/week
Additional Support (as needed):
- PR/PO tracking dashboards
- File organization and document management
- Meeting notes and basic operational reporting
