Job Summary
A leading business in the Financial Services sector is looking for a commercially minded and strategic Commercial Finance Manager to join their high-performing finance team. This role is ideal for a dynamic finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with key stakeholders to drive business performance profitability and strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes
- Deliver commercial insights and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Partner with operational and executive teams to improve profitability and business performance
- Analyse trends margins pricing and business opportunities
- Prepare monthly management reports and executive presentations
- Drive financial modelling scenario analysis and business case development
- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations to improve efficiencies and revenue growth
- Support business strategy through data-driven financial insights
- Ensure strong financial controls and governance processes are maintained
Requirements:
- CA(SA) CIMA or equivalent Finance qualification
- Minimum 5 years experience in a commercial finance or finance business partnering role
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Experience within Financial Services Insurance Banking or a corporate environment advantageous
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced Excel skills and strong business acumen
