Your influential mission. You will...

• Provide administrative and planning support to the CSD Coordinator and Head of Delivery including:
   Processing Engineer timesheets and calculating overtime and dispensation.
   Maintaining service records and coordinating travel and logistics.
   Managing fleet administration including vehicle hire and tracking.
   Supporting weekly job scheduling Service Calendar updates and communication with engineers and clubs.
   Assisting with quotations chargeable work informing Product Engineers of stock taken for replenishment and on-call rota preparation.
• Produce sales and trend reports (weekly monthly quarterly and annual) for both internal and customer-facing use.
• Track game spend and other key metrics presenting insights to senior management.
