The Opportunity

Provide structured support to Solution Consultants in requirement gathering workshops and solution design activities with a defined growth path to independently lead requirement discovery and own solutioning for scoped modules/use cases. Act as a bridge between functional consulting and execution translating business requirements into solution approaches. Participate in requirement gathering fit-gap analysis and solution documentation progressively taking ownership of deliverables. Contribute to solution design for maintenance and operations use cases (work order execution inspections permits mobility enablement). Assist in SAP-integrated solution configuration and mobility enablement. Support value articulation by mapping business requirements to KPIs such as uptime productivity compliance and cost optimization. Work closely with cross-functional teams (product engineering delivery) to support end-to-end solution lifecycle. Build foundational expertise in SAP PM/EAM processes digital manufacturing and connected worker platforms.

How You Will Make An Impact.

• Requirements & Process Understanding: Support and progressively lead workshops to capture business requirements user personas and operational pain points ensuring alignment with maintenance and operations objectives. Translate these inputs into structured user stories and formal functional artifacts including Business Requirement Document and Solution Design Document inputs maintaining clarity traceability and business relevance
• Solution Design and Ownership: Assist in designing solutions aligned with SAP PM/EAM best practices and mobility-driven use cases ensuring feasibility and alignment with standard processes. Gradually take ownership of solutioning for specific modules or use cases while contributing to fit-gap analysis and identifying opportunities for process optimization and standardization.
• Test Scenarios: Document the related test scenarios as per the business requirements and document it in the Requirement Traceability Matrix.
• Execution & Configuration Support: Support the configuration of SAP-integrated mobile solutions and business processes ensuring alignment with defined solution design. Assist in preparing functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to support enhancements integrations and defect resolution
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Create test scenarios and prepare relevant test data to support SIT and UAT cycles ensuring coverage of business requirements. Maintain requirement traceability and validate that delivered solutions meet defined acceptance criteria and business expectations.
• Value Realization Support: Link solution capabilities to measurable business KPIs such as MTTR schedule compliance wrench time and paperless adoption. Support user adoption through the development of training materials and enablement activities ensuring effective utilization of deployed solutions
• Collaboration & Delivery Excellence: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions. Proactively identify risks and issues providing context-driven escalation along with recommended mitigation approaches to avoid delivery impact.
• Continuous Learning & Capability Building: Continuously build expertise in PM/EAM space mobility and connected worker solutions staying aligned with evolving product capabilities and industry practices. Contribute to reusable assets accelerators and internal knowledge repositories to improve delivery efficiency and consistency

What You Bring to the Team

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• 3 years of domain experience in maintenance and operations processes in asset-intensive industries
• Understanding of technician workflows inspections permits and execution challenges
• 13 years of experience in SAP PM/EAM or related EAM domain
• Exposure to SAP implementation/support lifecycle
• Understanding of core Processes in Maintenance Work Management Preventive Corrective Breakdown Processes Work Execution Inspections & Permits
• Preferred Experience: have at least 1-2 full cycle project implementation experience or equivalent experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to leverage knowledge to design and develop solutions that improve productivity increase efficiencies mitigate risks resolve issues and optimize cost savings and efficiencies
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision. Ability to work independently and as part of multiple teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and team player
• Leading teams and coordinating project activities is a huge plus
