Job Title - Senior Oracle Utilities CCS Techno-Functional Lead / Consultant

Requirements:-

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Utilities Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) and Oracle CCS. The role requires a strong blend of utility domain expertise hands-on technical leadership and solution architecture using the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) to deliver large-scale mission-critical solutions for Electric Gas and Water utilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business and functional workshops for CC&B CCS and MDM modules

Own end-to-end solution architecture aligned with Oracle best practices and regulatory standards. Configure core CCS/C2M modules including Billing Rates Payments Credit & Collections Metering Budgets and Financials covering Usage VEE Estimation Aggregation Measuring Components and Device Configuration.

Develop custom solutions using OUAF (Algorithms Batch Jobs Business Services BO/MO Change Handlers UI Maps Zones Portals).

Implement integrations using XAI inbound services outbound messaging file based interfaces OSB and external systems (e.g. Salesforce).

Lead data conversion strategy mapping validation and mock conversions using best and efficient practices.

Support testing cycles (ST SIT UAT Bill parallel Regression and performance) deployments upgrades and P1/P2 production incidents.

Mentor team members review designs and code and provide effort estimates.

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders technical teams and delivery leadership.

Production support experience in regulated utility environments.
