Cost Management SpecialistはSort CenterのCost管理を行っていただきます具体的には年間の予算計画の策定ならびに予算取得を行いその予算内収まるようにコスト管理を行っていただきます例えば倉庫内オペレーションは外部の業者に依頼していますが作業者様の賃金交渉や物量が予定通り来なかった場合の補償交渉を行っていただきますまた予実管理をFinance teamへ説明する責務も持ちます常にFixed cost variable costの計画と実績を見比べ削減のOpportunityを模索していただきますコストを最適化することで持続的にCustomerに妥当な価格でAmazonのServiveを提供し続けることが我々のMissionです勤務地は品川シーサイドオフィスになります

9:30-10:30 Sort CenterのDaily Business Review参加
10:30-12:00 委託業者との賃金交渉のためのデータ整理
12:00-13:00 Lunch
13:00-14:00 委託業者との賃金交渉
14:00-15:00 Finance teamへの交渉結果の共有
15:00-16:00 社内承認プロセスの実施
16:00-17:00 追加必要予算の見積もりならびに取得
17:00-18:30 ドキュメント作成
- 以下の特徴を持つ業務を3年以上担った経験
- ロジカルシンキングならびにクリティカルシンキングを要する
- 利益相反を含む社外Stakeholderとの交渉を含む
- Bachelors degree or equivalent or 6 months of general experience
