We are seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to help shape this next chapter of hospitality at our iconic beachfront resort and become part of the Hilton family named No. 1 Worlds Best Workplace by Fortune and Great Place to Work! We are looking for a leader who is guest-focused and service-minded skilled in team leadership and union collaboration and passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences while building strong relationships across teams partners and guests alike.

What will I be doing

• Provide strategic leadership and direction across all Food & Beverage outlets ensuring exceptional quality service excellence and memorable guest experiences
• Oversee daily operations and long-term planning for the Food & Beverage department
• Implement effective management of food beverage and labor costs
• Foster a culture of service excellence collaboration and accountability across a large unionized team environment
• Ensure full compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members
• Ensure exceptional standards of food and beverage quality service delivery and outlet presentation while driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction
• Lead hiring training scheduling and performance development across the department
