NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a General Manager for our upscale restaurant and special events venue located in the vibrant city of Los Angeles. As the General Manager you will oversee daily operations ensure top-notch customer service and drive the venues strategic growth. We offer a competitive salary range of $120000 - $140000 annually alongside a dynamic work environment where creativity and innovation thrive.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall operations of the restaurant and events venue
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of staff
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction
- Oversee budget management and financial performance
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the venue
- Coordinate special events including weddings and corporate functions
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Foster a positive work culture and team collaboration
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- High volume GM experience managing operations north of $12M annually
- Experience with managing venues with high volume special events and catering operations
- 5 years of experience in restaurant management preferably in upscale venues
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
