As the General Manager you will oversee daily operations ensure top-notch customer service and drive the venues strategic growth. We offer a competitive salary range of $120000 - $140000 annually alongside a dynamic work environment where creativity and innovation thrive.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations of the restaurant and events venue
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of staff
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction
• Oversee budget management and financial performance
• Implement marketing strategies to promote the venue
• Coordinate special events including weddings and corporate functions
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Foster a positive work culture and team collaboration
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• High volume GM experience managing operations north of $12M annually
• Experience with managing venues with high volume special events and catering operations
• 5 years of experience in restaurant management preferably in upscale venues
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in financial management and budgeting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
