Location: Near New Jersey (Travel to Parsippany NJ required)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive the people-side of transformation for large-scale ERP initiatives with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.

The ideal candidate will lead change strategy stakeholder engagement and adoption initiatives to ensure successful implementation of new systems and business processes.

Required Experience

Proven experience leading OCM for large-scale ERP implementations
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and related business processes
Hands-on experience with:
- Finance (RTR)
- Order-to-Cash (OTC)
Strong background in:
- Change communication strategy
- Impact measurement & adoption tracking
- Organizational design & transition planning
Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills

Qualifications

Experience leading 5 enterprise transformation initiatives involving SAP or similar ERP systems
Led 4 large-scale business change programs
Played a key role in 3 technology-driven transformation initiatives
Experience with global transformation programs

Additional Notes

Candidate must be based near New Jersey and open to travel to Parsippany NJ as required
Strong collaboration experience across cross-functional and consulting teams is essential
