Job Summary
Required:
- 10 years of hands-on QA experience with at least 2 years in a Lead or Senior capacity
- Expert-level proficiency in performance testing tools: LoadRunner and JMeter - including scripting scenario design threshold analysis and reporting
- Expert-level proficiency in test automation tools: Selenium QTP/UFT Visual Studio or equivalent - with direct experience building and scaling automation frameworks from the ground up
- 5 years creating executing and managing automation scripts across functional regression and integration test suites
- Strong command of SQL Server for data validation test data management and back-end verification
- Proven experience developing RTM documentation and translating user stories into structured traceable test cases
- Deep understanding of end-to-end functional testing methodologies in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with JIRA for defect tracking test management and sprint collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Experience with government public sector or regulatory compliance projects
- Familiarity with multilingual or accessibility mandates (LL30 ADA Section 508)
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration for automated test execution (Jenkins Azure DevOps etc.)
- Proficiency with Balsamiq or MS Visio for process and workflow documentation
