Experience:

20-25 years
(Preferred: Agrochemical / Agriculture / Plant Operations)

Salary Range: 1.5 LPM to 2 LPM

Roles:

1. Plant Setup & Project Execution

• Lead end-to-end setup and commissioning of blueberry plant
• Manage greenfield project execution and operational planning

2. Agro Operations Management

• Oversee crop nutrition irrigation and plant health strategies
• Implement modern farming and cultivation techniques

3. Process & Operational Efficiency

• Ensure smooth plant operations with focus on productivity and sustainability
• Optimize processes automation and cost control

4. SOPs Compliance & Quality

• Establish SOPs and operational standards
• Ensure compliance with agrochemical and safety regulations

5. Procurement & Supply Chain

• Manage vendors procurement and operational supply chain
• Ensure availability of materials and resources

6. Team Leadership & Development

• Build and lead cross-functional operational teams
• Mentor teams and drive high-performance culture

7. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Introduce innovative cultivation and yield enhancement practices
• Monitor KPIs and improve operational efficiency continuously

Qualification:

• / Agriculture Horticulture Agronomy Chemistry or related field
• MBA Operations / Agri Business - Preferred
• Specialization in horticulture/agrochemicals - Good to have
