Job Summary

Profile:Project Site Engineer-Engineering-Surat-3.6 LPA

Experience:2-3 years

Salary Range: 25k to 30k (negotiable)

Roles:

1. Site Operations & Safety Management

Manage daily site activities and workforce
Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT) and ensure safety compliance
Ensure use of proper safety equipment on-site

2. Project Planning & Execution

Prepare project timelines labour plans and material schedules
Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution

3. Material & Store Management

Plan and manage material requirements and inventory
Maintain proper storage security and stock records

4. Contractor & Labour Handling

Supervise contractors and labour teams
Maintain labour attendance and contractor performance reports

5. Reporting & Documentation

Submit daily work reports and project updates
Maintain proper site documentation and inspection records

6. Client Coordination

Coordinate with clients regarding project updates and execution
Conduct weekly project review presentations

Qualification:Diploma / Degree in Engineering
(Mechanical / Electrical / Civil preferred)
