Provides hearing screening evaluation of newborn infants and obtains appropriate case history information. Works with healthcare personnel to provide customer service excellence in testing communication and personal interactions with families coworkers and other professionals. Performs duties in a manner consistent with our mission values and mercy standards.Position Details:
Minimum
Education: Associates degree or equivalent college credit.
Experience: Prior patient care experience preferred.
Other: The position requires excellent ability to communicate effectively with health care professionals and patients families. Must be able to effectively interact with public and provide customer satisfaction.
Preferred Education: Bachelors degree healthcare related.
Preferred Experience: Prior hearing testing experience.
