Summer Grounds Crew

Dependable hadworking summer help to assist with outdoor maintenance and lanscaping duties.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent (GED).
• Strong work ethic positive attitude dependable and of good moral character.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Must be physically able to bend stoop climb reach and ability to lift fifty (50) plus pounds.
• Experience with lawn equipment or landscaping is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Position Responsibilities

• Mowing grass and trimming around buildings fences and fields.
• Landscaping duties including mulching edging weed removal planting and cleanup.
• Sports field maintenance including dragging fields lining fields watering and preparing game/practice areas.
• General groundskeeping and property upkeep.
• Operating basic lawn and landscaping equipment safely.
• Picking up trash and maintaining clean outdoor areas.
• Assisting with seasonal projects and facility improvements.
• Following safety procedures and completing assigned tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience operating zero-turn mowers trimmers blowers or small equipment.
• Basic knowledge of athletic field preparation.
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean professional-looking grounds.

Schedule

• Seasonal/Summer Position
• Flexible hours available
• Some evenings or weekends may be required during sporting events or tournaments

SALARY DATA $18.00 per hour / Contracted Staff
