Key Components:

• In a student employee capacity may perform or assist with tasks in support of client-facing events customer service operations and/or guest experiences under an established timeline to meet objectives in support of successfully executing events.

Job Description:

Mentors at the Champions Redefined Retreat will help with the day to day execution of the retreat leading small groups referee labs and help facilitate group activities.

• May assist or coordinate various activities and tasks for execution of events or hospitality services
• Provide excellent customer services to internal and external partners
• May coordinate logistics to ensure all services are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• May be a source to provide information answer inquiries and resolve issues
• May participate in meetings related to planning and coordinating events or hospitality services
• May conduct presentations to provide updates to internal and external partners
• May create feedback or event survey(s)
• May collaborate with Marketing and Communications for branding and advertising
• May identify and recommend improvements for events or hospitality services
• May assist with outreach and promotion of upcoming services or events
• Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylors mission
• Ability to comply with University policies
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
