Core Product Designer

We are seeking a creative and user-focused Core Product Designer to lead the design of intuitive scalable and impactful digital this role you will work closely with product managers engineers and stakeholders to shape product vision define user journeys and deliver high-quality design solutions that align with business goals.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in UX/UI design a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant functional interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design from concept through delivery
• Conduct user research usability testing and competitive analysis
• Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs
• Define and maintain design systems style guides and UI standards
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality
• Translate business and user requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback analytics and stakeholder input
• Ensure consistency across product features and platforms
• Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design and accessibility standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4 years of experience in product design UX/UI design or a similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar
• Solid understanding of usability principles interaction design and responsive design
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on complex or enterprise-level digital products
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript)
• Experience building or contributing to design systems
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
