Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Product Marketing Scientist to bridge the gap between data science product development and marketing this role you will leverage data-driven insights experimentation and statistical modeling to guide product positioning optimize marketing performance and influence product growth decisions.

The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative expertise with a deep understanding of customer behavior market dynamics and product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for product marketing and growth strategies
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
  • Develop predictive models to understand customer behavior segmentation and lifetime value
  • Partner with product marketing and data engineering teams to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion retention and engagement
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Support pricing strategies market analysis and competitive intelligence initiatives
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track product and campaign performance
  • Identify opportunities for automation and data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Economics Marketing Analytics or a related field
  • 4 years of experience in data science marketing analytics or product analytics roles
  • Strong proficiency in Python R SQL or similar analytical toolsSolid understanding of statistical modeling machine learning and data visualization
  • Familiarity with product metrics and marketing performance indicators
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in product-led or growth-focused organizations
  • Knowledge of marketing platforms (e.g. Google Analytics HubSpot or similar tools)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
  • Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in a quantitative discipline
