We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Product Marketing Scientist to bridge the gap between data science product development and marketing this role you will leverage data-driven insights experimentation and statistical modeling to guide product positioning optimize marketing performance and influence product growth decisions.
The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative expertise with a deep understanding of customer behavior market dynamics and product lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for product marketing and growth strategies
- Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Develop predictive models to understand customer behavior segmentation and lifetime value
- Partner with product marketing and data engineering teams to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion retention and engagement
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Support pricing strategies market analysis and competitive intelligence initiatives
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track product and campaign performance
- Identify opportunities for automation and data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Economics Marketing Analytics or a related field
- 4 years of experience in data science marketing analytics or product analytics roles
- Strong proficiency in Python R SQL or similar analytical toolsSolid understanding of statistical modeling machine learning and data visualization
- Familiarity with product metrics and marketing performance indicators
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
Mandatory Requirement

- Experience working in product-led or growth-focused organizations
