Job Summary
Established naturopathic clinic seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support continued growth. This hands-on leadership role works closely with the clinic owner to manage operations across administration billing compliance inventory HR and marketing.
Were looking for someone who is organized proactive systems-oriented and confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

- Manage clinic operations scheduling and staff support
- Oversee billing payroll compliance and vendor coordination
- Maintain operational systems including Charm EHR and ClickUp
- Support hiring onboarding and staff development
- Coordinate inventory marketing initiatives and clinic events
- Review operational data and recommend improvements
- 3 years of operations or clinic management experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with healthcare workflows and compliance preferred
- Comfortable with technology reporting systems and project management tools
- Able to lead with accountability and professionalism
