• People Leadership: Provide direct governance for a CCRM unit including performance architecture professional coaching and long-term career development.
• Risk Oversight: Supervise the execution of critical compliance controls identifying latent vulnerabilities and ensuring mitigation in strict accordance with international banking statutes.
• Quality Assurance: Execute high-level reviews of team outputs to guarantee absolute accuracy in risk assessment and regulatory reporting.
• Stakeholder Synthesis: Collaborate with international divisions to align cross-border compliance strategies and consolidate reporting requirements.
• Operational Evolution: Implement process optimization and digital transformation initiatives within the CCRM scope to enhance systemic efficiency.

• Mandatory Expertise: Documented professional experience in Compliance Control and Risk Management (CCRM) within the banking or financial services industry.
• Linguistic Mastery: * English: C1/Native (Mandatory).
  • French: C1/Native (Mandatory). A high B2 may be considered for candidates demonstrating exceptional professional fluency.
• Leadership Pedigree: Prior experience in team management or organizational coordination is highly prioritized.
• Technical Depth: A profound understanding of regulatory frameworks specifically KYC AML Sanctions or Operational Risk.
• Strategic Residency: Must be currently based in or prepared to relocate to the metropolitan hub of Lisbon.
