Role: Dutch speaking Customer Advisor (Part-time)
Salary: Pro-rata of full-time salary package 1309 euro gross per month
Working Hrs: Possibility to work 20 25 or 30 or 40 hours a week
Availability for part-time hrs is: Monday till Friday between 6.00h - 19.00h (you would need to be fully available within this timeframe
- training around 2 weeks is full time)
As a Customer Support Advisor you will provide high-quality customer assistance related to infrastructure and mobility services. You will manage customer enquiries across multiple communication channels ensuring accurate information efficient problem resolution and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone email and/or chat ensuring accurate and professional responses
- Provide clear information and support related to the client’s products and services
- Manage customer cases efficiently following internal procedures and quality standards
- Accurately document interactions and updates in internal systems
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Customer-focused and service-oriented approach
- Comfortable using multiple digital systems and tools
- Ability to handle telephone email and chat interactions
- Reliable adaptable and quick to learn
