ElSFE Coordinator es el motor estratégico que transforma datos complejos de ventas y ejecución en insights claros accionables y relevantes para la toma de decisiones de negocio. El Coordinador de SFE impulsa la productividad cobertura y efectividad comercial de la fuerza de ventas asegurando que cada recomendación esté basada en evidencia y orientada a maximizar el impacto comercial. Es el referente técnico y consultivo en la gestión de KPIs visualización de datos y generación de inteligencia comercial anticipando tendencias y oportunidades para el crecimiento sostenible

Principalesresponsabilidades:

• Consolidar depurar y analizar datos de ventas ejecución y distribución para generar diagnósticos oportunos
• Diseñar modelos analíticos para explicar el desempeño de la fuerza de ventas e identificar áreas de mejora (productividad cobertura ROI call rate)
• Identificar tendencias riesgos y oportunidades de crecimiento anticipando escenarios y acciones estratégicas
• Transformar data en insights claros y accionables para Ventas Trade Marketing y Dirección Comercial
• Desarrollar presentaciones ejecutivas y dashboards que faciliten la lectura de KPIs y orienten la estrategia comercial
• Construir y mantener dashboards en Power BI automatizando reportes clave para optimizar tiempos y recursos
• Monitorear desempeño individual y de equipos KPIs de incentivos y esquemas de compensación asegurando transparencia y seguimiento de objetivos
• Actuar como referente de data en SFE apoyando business cases negociaciones clave y la adopción de una cultura datadriven

PorquéTÚ

Tuscalificaciones:

• Licenciatura en Administración Economía Matemáticas Aplicadas Actuaría Estadística o afín.
• EMBA o MBA o Estudios de Posgrado en áreas afines es deseable
• Experiencia de 2 a 4 años en análisis de datos business intelligence o roles similares en empresas de Consumo Masivo.
• Experiencia en la gestión de Efectividad de Fuerza de Ventas
• Conocimiento Avanzado de Excel. PBI deseable.
• Modelado de datos y generación de KPIs

• Inglés intermedio - avanzado
• Habilidades de atención al detalle gestión de auditorías liderazgo comunicación y stakeholder management
