DESCRIPTION
Functions and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the import and export processes of goods.
- Maintain close communication with customs brokers carriers and other parties involved in foreign trade operations.
- Monitor and control import and export processes ensuring compliance with deadlines and the correct documentation required.
- Execute import and export operations ensuring compliance with the companys quality systems.
- Ensure the correct classification of imported and exported materials and products in accordance with customs regulations.
- Support in the procurement of comparator drugs for clinical trials.
- Preparation of reports required by clients and/or the company.
- Assistance with procedures before government agencies (COFEPRIS).
- Training on company systems and/or tools that enable the performance of related activities (GxP).
- Other tasks may be required to meet business requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Basic Requirements:
- Knowledge of Outlook Microsoft Office Suite and Internet.
- English (Intermediate-Advanced).
- Knowledge of international customs regulations and procedures as well as transportation and logistics procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education/Experience:
- Graduates in administration commerce and international business.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in similar areas.
