About you:

The RTO Administrator isa key member of the Training Arm and reports to the RTO Relationships Lead and works in alignment to the CCF Victoria RTO Administration Team in an office-based team (2 days per week or equivalent) in Notting Hill.

Responsibilities include processing all aspects of enrolments and carding via the Student Management System (VET Trak/VET Enrol) compliance checking and supporting the RTO team in general role requires a highly collaborative and strong communicator as it supports the Executive Manager RTO Relationships Lead and RTO Admin team in efficient and accurate process driven RTO activities. It has a key focus on enrolments and customer service and doesrequire knowledge of Skills First Funding and ASQA requirements across all training and administration.

The RTO Administrator roles duties include but may not be limited to:

  • Customer Service and internal departmental communications
  • Apprenticeship/Traineeship Enrolments
  • Apprentice Trainee journey and compliance tracking and progress reporting
  • General training and operations support

Key Skills (Essential) These qualifications certificates licences or tickets are essential to be eligible for this role:

  • Current Drivers licence
  • Working with Children Check
  • Extensive and demonstrated Customer Service experience
  • RTO Administration or equivalent experience / employment
  • VET Trak / VET Enrol system experience (Apprenticeships Administration) (Min1year)
  • Training in Contact / Student Management Systems

Key Skills (Desirable) These qualifications certificates licences or tickets are required for this role if the applicant does not hold them at time of application they may be obtained within an agreed timeframe:

  • Cert III / Cert IV or above qualifications in administration business or equivalent work experience
  • Reasonable understanding / knowledge of:
    • Skills First Funding SVTS requirements
    • Apprenticeship/Traineeship models
    • ASQA AQTF VRQA regulators and VET

Core Skills required to effectively fulfill this role (technical & personal) are as follows:

Technical

  • Strong understanding of student/contact data management systems
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook)
  • Report preparation formatting and editing skills (proofreading)
  • Project coordination
  • Strong business acumen written and spoken.

Personal

  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Business standard English language written and spoken.
  • Excellent organisation skills with an ability to deal with conflicting demands in an ever changing and challenging environment.
  • Drive for excellence and continuous improvement
  • High level of time management skills & the ability to manage conflicting deadlines.
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality in managing personal details at all
  • Work in a team environment
  • Excellent presentation skills and confident and attentive to clients

Location

The RTO Administrator role will be based at our office at 9 Business Park Drive Notting Hill. Therole may also requires attendance at some events at key times around the year.
