Buying Administrator Assistant
Job Summary

As the Buying AdministrationAssistant youll play a key part in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our buying operations. Youll work closely with our Buyers and Suppliers supporting product data management order processing and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Buying team
Manage all new products from product creation through to delivery and launch
Raise and track purchase orders
Liaise with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery dates
Maintain accurate records of pricing samples and supplier information
Help manage critical paths and ensure deadlines are met
Assisting the buying team with content days photoshoots & merchandising
What Were Looking For
An awesome self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in an administrative or buying support role (preferred)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident using Microsoft Office particularly Excel
Shopify Klaviyo Adobe Suite and Indigo 8 skills are an advantage
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
