About the Role
This is a full time role reporting to the Product Manager and plays a key role in supporting our end-to-end health screening services by:
- Coordinating results follow-up and customer communication
- Managing bookings across RediMed and Alliance clinics
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation within our systems
- Proactively managing service timeframes and customer expectations
- Supporting quality compliance and operational efficiency
Who Should Apply
