How Youll Make an Impact:

As a vital part of our clinical team you arent just checking vitalsyou are a caregiver and an educator. Your day will include:

• Clinical Care: Administering immunizations providing treatments and assisting providers with examinations.
• Patient Connection: Greeting families prepping little ones for their visits and providing much-needed education and reassurance to parents.
• Coordination: Ensuring medical records are meticulously updated and managing referrals to ensure our patients get the specialized care they need.
• Team Collaboration: Maintaining a safe efficient and welcoming environment in our exam rooms.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: At least 1 year of nursing experience (Pediatric experience is a major plus!).
• Licensure: A current Commonwealth of Virginia Nursing License.
• Credentials: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and active CPR certification.
• The Right Fit: Someone who stays calm in a fast-paced environment communicates clearly and maintains the highest standards of patient confidentiality.

• Technical Proficiency: You are competent in operating medical equipment and instruments to provide top-tier patient care.
• Clinical Judgment: You are skilled in applying and modifying the principles and techniques of professional nursing to meet each patients unique needs.
• Safety & Standards: You have the knowledge required to maintain a safe work environment and the ability to strictly uphold quality control standards.
