Job Summary
This role is suited to a driven professional with experience in community development enterprise development and project coordination particularly within structured stakeholder environments.
Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Degree in Business Administration Economics Marketing or a related field
- Project Management or MBA qualification (advantageous)
- 35 years experience in community development enterprise development or related fields
- Experience in project management within community or social development initiatives
- Exposure to mining social performance programmes (advantageous)
- Experience coordinating multistakeholder projects
Responsibilities:
- Oversee execution of commercial SLP projects including manufacturing agricultural and other strategic initiatives
- Ensure projects are implemented according to approved plans timelines and compliance requirements
- Develop and support business models and business plans
- Assist with production capacity assessments pricing structures and sustainability models
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Prepare project progress and management reports
- Liaise with internal departments consultants community representatives and development partners
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
