Job Summary

A leading company is looking for a Financial Manager to join their team; in this role the successful candidate will provide support to the Chief Financial Officer contributing to reporting and financial oversight for the Board of Directors and Senior Management of the company and its subsidiaries. This role involves:
Reviewing and managing debtors and creditors control
Calculating monthly retainer fees and admin fee income
Overseeing and managing financial accountant to ensure accurate and complete financial records
Reviewing accounting records and monthly reconciliations including VAT payroll income tax revenue and intercompany reconciliations
Maintaining fixed asset register leave pay prepayment training IFRS16 and staff loan schedules
Preparing monthly financial management reports for subsidiaries and group (consolidation)
Ensuring statutory compliance including drafting of resolutions and company loan agreements
Preparing and coordinating the audit process
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 34 years post-articles accounting experience
Strong knowledge of the Financial Services Business
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Qualification:
Accounting (or equivalent)
CA (SA)
