The Role
TCS Letterkenny are offering a Graduate Program for tech-savvy enthusiastic individuals seeking to accelerate their careers in IT.
Support Engineers are part of team which provides IT Support Services ensuring that daily operations are in order or the restoration of a service.
Based on the ITIL framework IT Support associates often manage incidents service requests problem management develop knowledge articles or collaborate with other functions such as change management.
Typical incidents range from basic support installing software or troubleshooting devices/applications to restoring services for mission critical services and infrastructure related components.
Successful applicants must have B2 Fluency or greater inEnglish& a second European language of B2 Fluency of greater:
- German / Italian / French / Spanish
Your responsibilities:
We are looking for recentgraduates and postgraduates with a degree in IT computer science or a technology-related subject who are:
- Passionate about solving problems
- Obsessive about customers and providing exceptional services.
- Able to learn and adopt relevant new technologies.
- Proactive and innovative mindset
- Incident Management
- Maintain support and enhance existing services.
- Support live systems operational in hospital across the EU

Your Profile
Desirableskills/knowledge/experience:
Ideally the graduate will have foundation level knowledge across key fundamental IT areas such as Windows Server Linux Databases Application Network.
