UIUX Designer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Arts Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 57 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products and platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch Photoshop Illustrator or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of UX principles interaction design information architecture usability standards and user-centered design practices.
• Hands-on experience designing responsive web applications and mobile-first user interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of design systems typography color theory layout composition and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies including HTML CSS and a basic understanding of JavaScript.
• Excellent communication presentation collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in agile dynamic and fast-paced startup environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive engaging and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research competitor analysis and usability testing to identify user needs behaviors and pain points.
• Create user journeys wireframes prototypes mockups and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop maintain and scale design systems UI guidelines and reusable design components.
• Collaborate closely with product engineering and business teams to shape user experience strategies and product direction.
• Translate business goals and user requirements into effective and user-centric design solutions.
• Ensure visual and functional consistency across all digital products and platforms.
• Perform usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the overall user experience.
• Optimize designs for responsiveness accessibility and seamless cross-platform compatibility.
• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs.
• Present design concepts workflows and rationale clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends tools technologies and industry best practices.
• Contribute to product strategy through innovative user-focused thinking and design-driven problem solving.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and project deliverables.
