Senior UIUX Designer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Design HCI Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• 4 years of proven experience in UI/UX Design Product Design or related roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design projects.
• Expertise in Figma and other modern design/prototyping tools such as Adobe XD Sketch or Framer.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles usability and interaction design.
• Experience creating wireframes user flows prototypes mockups and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Solid understanding of typography color theory layout composition and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing responsive interfaces for desktop tablet and mobile platforms.
• Knowledge of design systems component libraries and scalable UI practices.
• Familiarity with usability testing user research A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
• Basic understanding of HTML CSS and frontend development workflows for effective developer collaboration.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum product environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process from research and ideation to final handoff.
• Conduct user research competitor analysis and usability testing to identify user pain points and opportunities.
• Create wireframes user journeys prototypes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Design intuitive visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces aligned with product goals and brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with product managers developers and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems UI components and style guides.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
• Optimize existing user experiences by identifying usability issues and proposing improvements.
• Ensure consistency accessibility and responsiveness across all digital products.
• Present design concepts rationale and solutions to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving overall design processes and standards.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends tools technologies and industry best practices.
