Our client Cosmo Inc. is looking for Junior UI/UX Designer in Lahore.

Role
We are looking for an eager and adaptable Junior UI/UX Designer to join our this role you wont be confined to just one type of task; your work will span across both marketing websites and complex digital products. This is a fantastic opportunity for a versatile designer who enjoys variety thinks on their feet and wants to grow their skills in a supportive fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Platform Design: Create user flows wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for both engaging websites and intuitive digital products/web apps.
  
• Flexible Execution: Adapt to a fluid and sometimes improvised project style. You will help us pivot quickly when new ideas strike or project requirements evolve.
  
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers and developers in an agile unstructured workflow to turn rapid concepts into functional designs.
  
• User Research Support: Assist in gathering user feedback and conducting usability tests to ensure our fast-paced design decisions remain user-centric.
  
• Design System Maintenance: Help maintain and organize our internal design system ensuring visual consistency even when projects shift direction.
  
• Iterative Design: Participate in frequent design critiques present your work to the team and rapidly iterate based on constructive feedback.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• 02 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships bootcamp projects and freelance work apply).
  
• A strong portfolio showcasing at least 23 case studies. We want to see your design process for both websites and product interfaces.
  
• A high comfort level with ambiguity. You thrive in a flexible ever-changing environment rather than needing strict top-down instruction for every task.
  
• Hands-on experience with modern design and prototyping tools primarily Figma.
  
• A solid understanding of layout typography color theory and responsive design principles.
  
• Strong communication skills empathy for the end-user and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how web technologies impact design capabilities.
  
• Experience with micro-interactions motion design or website builders (e.g. Webflow Framer).
  
• A degree or certification in HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) Graphic Design UX Design or a related field.

Salary range: 90000 Rs - 150000 Rs per month
Please note that the salary is tied to the United States Dollar (USD) meaning that as the USD increases the salary will increase proportionally.
