Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to clients regarding our services properties and processes
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with clients and real estate agents
- Maintain client records and ensure all information is up to date and accurate
- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any additional concerns or questions
- Handle billing and payment inquiries and process payments
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Real estate experience is a plus but not required
