We are seeking a Travel Customer Care Specialist to assist clients with travel-related support and coordination throughout the planning process. This role is centered around providing responsive service maintaining organized travel details and helping create a smooth client experience from beginning to end.
Responsibilities
- Support clients with travel inquiries reservation details and itinerary updates
- Coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations transportation and activities
- Communicate professionally with clients through email messaging and phone support
- Review travel information to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist with schedule changes updates and general travel support needs
- Maintain organized documentation and client records
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple client requests
- Comfortable using online systems and digital communication tools
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in hospitality customer support administrative work or travel services is beneficial
