- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services properties and listings

- Assist clients with the buying selling and renting process

- Maintain and update client records and databases

- Schedule property showings and follow up with clients

- Handle customer complaints and provide timely and effective solutions

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

- Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
