$12000 sign-on bonus

Annual Pay Range: $85000 - $110000 based on experience

Full-Time Schedule: 4pm 8am five shifts perweek

The Opportunity: We are on the lookout for adedicated and empathetic Night Shift Hospice Nurse (RN) tojoin our family. This role is more than a job its a calling. We are looking for an RN available to work 4pm 8am five shifts per week triaging calls and visitinghospice patients throughout the shift.

Your Role and Impact:

• Work on-call from 4pm 8am five shifts per week.
• Triage all phone calls received through our answering service between 4pm and 8am for Broad Reach Hospice patients.
• Visit hospice patients as required for patient/family support and support of day nursing staff. Provide expert nursing care symptom management and emotional support tailored to each patients needs.

Who You Are:

• A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts experience in hospice or palliative care is preferred but not required.
• Compassion with a deep understanding of the emotional complexities involved in end-of-life care.
• An exceptional communicator and a strong advocate for patient and family needs.
• A team player who collaborates effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
