Monday Friday 9:00am 5:00pm
We are recruiting for a growing healthcare e-commerce company looking for a compassionate and professional Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of empathy patience and professionalism when supporting customers.
The Role
You will be the first point of contact for customers handling a high volume of inbound calls and assisting with enquiries relating to orders payments and general support. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring all customer information is handled securely and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a high number of incoming customer calls daily
- Providing professional empathetic and patient customer support
- Processing card payments over the phone in line with GDPR and compliance procedures
- Updating and maintaining accurate customer records using CRM systems
- Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth customer journeys
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
What Were Looking For
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A calm mature and empathetic approach
- Strong patience and problem-solving abilities
- Previous customer service or call handling experience preferred
- Confidence using CRM systems and general computer software
- Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 9:00am 5:00pm
