Location: Homebased with occasional travel to Memorial House Coalville Leicestershire and other locations
Hours: 35 hours per week working Monday to Friday
Salary: 40585 per annum (People & Strategy RFJ 6)
Contract: Permanent

About the team and why now is such an exciting time to join
This is an exciting time to join emh Communications team. Were strengthening how we connect with colleagues residents and stakeholders and as part of this were growing the team and creating three brandnew roles:
- Digital Communications Officer
- Internal Communications Advisor
- External Communications Officer
These new posts reflect the growing importance of communications at emh group and the organisations commitment to transparency engagement and culture. Youll be joining a newly expanded team with the opportunity to help shape internal communications approaches channels and culture at a key moment of change and growth.
The role
As our Internal Communications Advisor youll play a key role in delivering engaging inclusive and strategically aligned internal communications that connect colleagues to emh groups purpose values and priorities.
Working closely with the Head of Communications the wider Communications team and colleagues across the organisation youll help ensure messages are clear timely and consistent supporting engagement organisational culture and change programmes. This role is central to how colleagues experience emh group and how we communicate during times of growth transformation and delivery.
About you
Were looking for someone who:
- Has experience delivering internal communications in a complex organisation
- Is confident creating engaging content across multiple channels including intranet newsletters and digital platforms
- Enjoys working with senior leaders and teams across the organisation to shape colleague messaging
- Understands the importance of accessibility inclusion and clarity in internal communications
- Is proactive creative and comfortable working in a fastpaced evolving environment
Experience in housing the public sector or a regulated environment is beneficial but not essential.
