Hourly Pay: 10.85 to 12.71 dependent on age

37.5 hours per week

15-month fixed-term apprenticeship with progression opportunities available for successful candidate

About the role

As a Housing Apprentice youll be a valued member of the team learning by doing and supporting colleagues with meaningful hands-on work. No two days are the same and youll be trusted with real responsibilities while being fully supported as you develop.

If you are not a customer/or previous customer to Home Group you are not eligible to apply for this role

Youll learn how to:

• Support and deliver a high level of customer service

• Customer/colleague interactions

• Systems processes or technical learning

• Contributions to services or communities

What qualification will you gain

• Housing or Customer Services related qualification

• Level 2 apprenticeship

• Delivered by an approved apprenticeship training provider

Youll combine on-the-job learning with structured study building skills and confidence that will support your long-term career.
