Role: Technical Lead - Networking & Wireless

Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Technical Lead - Networking & Wireless to lead and deliver complex network and wireless programs in a Service Provider environment. This role requires strong hands on technical knowledge close coordination with offshore delivery teams and direct interaction with onsite client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end to end delivery of network and wireless programs for large enterprise/service provider clients.
Coordinate execution with offshore engineering validation and vendor teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for onsite client stakeholders.
Own project planning execution tracking risk management and dependency tracking.
Drive cross functional alignment across firmware network cloud QA and operations teams.
Translate client requirements into clear technical and execution plans.
Ensure release readiness quality and on time delivery of milestones.

Required Technical Skills (Hands on Experience Mandatory):
BNG / SP Edge architecture
Ciena Benu vBNG (virtual running on VMware / UCS infrastructure)
RADIUS / AAA load scaling and subscriber management
Provisioning Systems using REST APIs
Wireless Controllers and Access Points
o Ruckus AP
o Cisco
OctoScope
Cisco ASR 9000
Network switching and routing fundamentals

Required Experience & Skills:
10 12 years of experience in networking wireless or broadband delivery.
Proven experience in Service Provider / ISP environments.
Strong system level understanding of subscriber networks and wireless infrastructure.
Experience in client facing onsite technical project management roles.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to coordinate and drive execution across global/offshore teams.
Strong ownership mindset with focus on delivery and quality.
