Job Summary
Senior Salesforce Platform Lead
Orange County CA / Dallas County TX
Direct Hire W2 Only (No Sponsorship / C2C)
Were hiring a seasoned Salesforce professional to take ownership of platform architecture and technical delivery across a large-scale multi-cloud Salesforce environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions spanning data modeling security performance and system integrations
- Build and optimize Service Cloud capabilities including case management omni-channel routing and workflow automation
- Own Field Service Lightning implementations covering scheduling work orders dispatch and mobile experiences
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs event-driven architecture and middleware platforms
- Introduce AI-powered automation to streamline service and operational processes
- Lead technical delivery in Agile environments partnering with product and business teams to turn requirements into solutions
- Coach and develop engineers while maintaining high standards for code quality DevOps practices and platform governance
Requirements
- Extensive enterprise Salesforce development experience across multiple clouds
- Strong command of LWC Apex Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning
- Proven ability to architect and deliver complex system integrations
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines Git workflows and Salesforce DevOps tooling
- Comfortable leading teams and communicating across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer Service Cloud FSL Architect track)
- Exposure to AI/automation frameworks within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience in operations-heavy or field service industries
- Familiarity with cloud platforms or analytics infrastructure
