Position Summary

The Technical Product Owner Meter Data Services is responsible for end-to-end ownership of Meter Data Services products delivering scalable data capabilities that support billing customer experience and operational processes across the Customer Portfolio.

This role combines technical product ownership with strong project/program management vendor management and financial management disciplines to ensure high-quality cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Meter Data Services product roadmap backlog and prioritization
• Lead end-to-end delivery across Plan / Build / Run lifecycle for data products and integrations Technical...-2 Roadmap PowerPoint
• Drive project/program management activities including scope schedule risk and dependency management
• Manage vendor relationships including performance deliverables and accountability
• Oversee financial management including budgeting forecasting and cost tracking
• Partner with engineering architecture and business stakeholders to deliver scalable secure solutions
• Provide regular status reporting and governance updates to leadership

Minimum Qualifications

• 7 years experience in technical product ownership program management or IT delivery leadership
• Strong project/program management skills with experience delivering complex initiatives
• Demonstrated vendor management experience (selection oversight and performance management)
• Experience managing financials (budgeting forecasting cost control)
• Experience working with data platforms APIs or integration services

Preferred Qualifications

• Utility industry experience (Meter-to-Cash AMI or Meter Data Services)
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g. AWS) and data engineering pipelines Meter PowerPoint
• Experience working in large cross-functional enterprise environments
• Familiarity with Agile / product delivery models
