Position Title: ESM Architect
Location: Chicago IL (Hybrid)

Job Description:
ESM Architect - Business (Focus: HR Finance Procurement & Cross-Functional)
Role Purpose: Serve as the design authority for Enterprise (Business) Service Management harmonizing how Global People Finance and Procurement deliver services through the unified platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead process standardization workshops across HR Finance and Procurement.
Design cross-functional workflows (e.g. Onboarding/Offboarding) that span multiple departments ensuring seamless handoffs.
Translate business operations into ServiceNow HRSD and generic Request fulfillment structures.
Required Profile: Strong background in Enterprise Service Management and shared services design. Must speak business operations fluently and understand the constraints and capabilities of ServiceNow outside of traditional IT.
