Job Summary
Role: ServiceNow CMDB Architect
Location: Charlotte NC ((Hybrid 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week)
W2 COntract
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB Architecture
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery
Experience implementing Service Mapping
Deep understanding of CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
Knowledge of ITSM ITOM and Asset Management modules
Experience with MID Servers and cloud discovery
Strong understanding of CI lifecycle and dependency mapping
Expertise in CMDB go ernance reconciliation and normalization
Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring and infrastructure tools
Scripting experience using JavaScript Glide APIs and ServiceNow workflows
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
