Job Summary:
- Serve as a senior database management expert with at least 8 years of experience in large complex environments.
- Operate in a hybrid role requiring local residency.
- Work with technologies including Microsoft SQL Server Oracle SharePoint and HTML.
- Participate in both Waterfall and/or Agile development environments.
- Lead enterprise-wide data design optimizing data access batch loading and resource utilization.
- Design and construct data architectures operational data stores and data marts.
- Focus on enterprise-level data modeling and database design.
- Define and enforce data architecture standards policies and procedures for the organization.
- Apply data content standards to various technology projects.
- Conduct business analysis and design strategies for data acquisition access optimization recovery and loading.
- Lead or act as subject matter expert on multiple high-complexity projects across technical and business domains.
- Coach and mentor junior technical staff.
