About the Role:
A well-established and highly respected law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join its offices in Baltimore Hackensack New York City or Wilmington. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on sophisticated corporate matters and transactions within a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting corporate governance transactional matters business planning activities and financial-related legal work. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with corporate transactions governance matters and business planning activities.
- Prepare review organize and maintain corporate documentation and transactional records.
- Support due diligence processes and assist with transaction closings.
- Coordinate and manage corporate filings organizational documents and related materials.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper document management and organization.
- Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to support ongoing client matters and transactions.
- Assist in preparing legal correspondence reports and transactional documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of corporate paralegal experience.
- Experience in corporate governance business planning financial matters and transactional practice required.
- College degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple assignments effectivel
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
