Job summary: Our Client in Atlantic City NJ seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to support a busy legal practice focused on wills trusts and estate administration. This is a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity paying $55K - $70K per year. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented highly organized and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Draft edit and prepare estate planning documents including wills trusts powers of attorney living wills health care directives and operating agreements
• Prepare and record deeds and related legal documents
• Coordinate and facilitate client signings both in person and virtually via Zoom
• Maintain accurate and organized client files and legal records
• Track billable time and meet a billing requirement of at least 125 hours per month
• Communicate professionally with attorneys clients and third parties
• Utilize legal software systems for document management and workflow support
• Assist with additional administrative and paralegal duties as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an estate planning paralegal or legal assistant in a law firm setting
• Strong knowledge of estate planning documents and legal procedures
• Excellent organizational time management and multitasking skills
• Comfortable handling client interactions both in person and via video conferencing
• Experience with Interactive Legal and NetDocs is a plus
• Commissioned notary is a plus
• Proficiency with legal document management systems and Microsoft Office
