Were looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead platform design and delivery across Sales and Service Cloud in a complex enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
-
Own Salesforce solution architecture across Sales and Service Cloud ensuring solutions align with business objectives and enterprise standards

Design and deliver integrations between Salesforce and core back-office and contact center systems
-
Translate business requirements into scalable solutions - data models workflows configuration and custom development
-
Define and enforce platform best practices across security data quality performance and reusability
-
Provide technical leadership to internal and partner teams through design reviews code reviews and hands-on coaching
-
Shape the Salesforce technical roadmap evaluating and adopting new platform capabilities including AI and automation
-
Partner with enterprise architecture security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy requirements

Support release planning environment management and CI/CD strategies
Requirements
-
7 years of hands-on Salesforce delivery experience with 3 years in an architect or technical lead role

Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud including case management routing and knowledge management
-
Strong experience architecting enterprise integrations using APIs middleware and event-driven patterns

Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with contact center platforms

Solid understanding of Salesforce security data modeling and sharing architecture
Nice to have

Salesforce certifications (Application Architect Data Architect Sales/Service Cloud Consultant)

Experience with financial services insurance or regulated industry environments

Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and Salesforce DevOps practices

Exposure to AI-driven features within the Salesforce ecosystem
