A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include:

• Partner with stakeholders to design data-driven solutions that optimize service depot field service and contact center operations
• Build enhance and maintain data products that support Service & Repair operations
• Develop a strong understanding of endtoend Service & Repair workflows metrics and operational drivers
• Collaborate with business analysts developers and product owners to ensure timely delivery aligned to project commitments
• Translate operational needs into clear requirements
• Identify opportunities to simplify reporting reduce adhoc requests and apply automation to manual reporting tasks
• Fulfill ad hoc data requests as needed
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and strategic discussions

Required knowledge:

• Bachelors degree
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
• 4 years of experience in data analytics business analytics or related roles
• Advanced Tableau experience including hands-on dashboard development complex calculations parameters and data storytelling
• Proven experience acting as a business partner working closely with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights
• Strong ability to communicate insights clearly and influence decision-making

Nice to have:

• Experience with SQL and exposure to data warehouse technologies (e.g. Snowflake or similar)

• Experience working in a manufacturing or service delivery environment

• Exposure to Azure DevOps Jira and/or Agile ways of working

• Experience working in complex highly matrixed organizations

• Ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively suggest improvements to existing processes

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
