Job Summary
Our client is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive growth across the U.S. market by generating new business opportunities. This is a full sales lifecycle B2B role from prospecting and outreach to pipeline management negotiation and deal closure.
This is not a transactional SDR role. The ideal candidate is someone who can combine strong outbound sales execution with professionalism organization and consultative communication skills. You will work directly with leadership and play an important role in helping scale a fast-growing HealthTech IT services company focused on digital transformation and AI-driven healthcare solutions.
The ideal candidate is a high-output self-directed sales professional who thrives in a consultative selling environment and takes pride in both winning business and managing it impeccably.
Responsibilities
- Own the full outbound sales process from prospecting through deal closure
- Generate qualified meetings through cold outreach across LinkedIn email and phone
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of U.S.-based enterprise and mid-market prospects
- Conduct discovery conversations and communicate service offerings clearly to prospects
- Maintain accurate CRM records including pipeline updates notes and follow-ups
- Support client coordination scheduling proposals and sales administration tasks
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing to improve messaging and identify new opportunities
- Represent the company professionally throughout the entire buyer journey
Qualifications :
- 5 to 10 years of full cycle B2B sales experience within SaaS IT services IT consulting custom software development or digital transformation environments
- Proven experience prospecting generating pipeline running discovery calls presenting solutions negotiating and closing business independently
- Strong outbound sales experience including cold calling LinkedIn outreach email prospecting and lead generation
- Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
- Experience selling services or solutions into U.S. based companies and understanding how to communicate effectively with U.S. business stakeholders
- Exceptional C1 or above English communication skills both written and spoken
- Highly polished and professional client facing presence with strong presentation and relationship building skills
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot Salesforce or similar sales tools to manage pipeline and sales activity
